1. How are the plants shipped?
We carefully package our plants to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials, eco-friendly Kraft paper, and cushioning for all plants except cacti to keep them safe during transit.
2. When will I receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, we process orders within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please note that some plants may take a little longer to ship as they may need extra time to dry or be prepared for shipment.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
4. What should I do if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Provide a photo of the damaged plant, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
5. Can I return or exchange my plants?
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
